              New Tools for Comparative Functional Genomics

Designing an oligonucleotide microarray is a computational challenge
even when only one species is involved.  We've designed an array for an
experimental system that involves three closely related species of
Brucella and two host species which may be sources of transcript that
competes for binding.  I'll talk about the design issues and goals, our
approach, and new problems and research directions that have developed
out of this work.
