This talk will cover my recent work with Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh and University of Pittsburgh.  We are using genomics, SNPs, and functional cellular assays to identify markers predictive of liver rejection status in pediatric liver transplantations. The work contains a nice mathematical modeling component to the SNP selection method.
